Rogers Pass is widely known as one of the best places in the world to earn deep, untouched powder turns, however very few knows about its world class hiking it offers. With its lush old growth forest and jagged alpine peaks this is the ideal place to spend a day exploring some wild places, or why not an overnight trip, or even an entire summer exploring all the aspects and features of this mountaineering and hiking mecca. Located in the heart of the Selkirk Mountains, along the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy #1) between Golden and Revelstoke, Rogers Pass is the classic roadside destination in western Canada and boasts an incredible variety of hiking terrain: this world-class venue is bucket list material for the novis to avid hiker!
Every summer season, from July to September, Stenberg Guides offers single day to multi-day hiking trips to Rogers Pass.

Itinerary
We generally meet in Revelstoke at 8am, check gear and sign waivers before taking a scenic drive into Rogers Pass. Depending on the destination we choose to do, we generally hike for about 8 hours and are usually back in Revelstoke around 5pm.
